Erinaceous provides a comprehensive range of property services to owners and occupiers of buildings in the public and private sectors and is divided into three divisions: Residential Property Services, Commercial Property Services and Insurance Services.

Johnson Cooper will be assimilated into the Residential Property Services division.

The acquisition is expected to result in economies of scale and increased breadth and depth of products and services for the enlarged group. Customers will not be affected in the short term.
