Johnson Cooper manages approximately 280 blocks comprising 8,000 units for a mixture of leaseholder management companies and freeholder clients. Our portfolio is mainly residential with some mix use developments ranging from small conversions to large established estates, period mansion blocks to new build developments. The majority of sites are located in Essex, London and the home counties.

We have 35 staff dealing with Property Management, Surveying and Section 20 Projects, Accountancy and Legal Enquiries. Our office is based in Basildon, Essex.
